As a small business ourselves, we know how decisions impacting your business must be made every single day, sometimes without a clear picture.  Our company name, "Buckstop", is derived from the spirit of that famous Truman saying, "the buck stops here". In this spirit, we offer our services to small businesses - helping to simplify the decision making process by providing the information you need, when you need it. Our introductory service includes a comprehensive consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities and it includes a report with a project plan, timelines, milestones, costs, summary and available schedules. We also offer a suite of quality products and services to support your business and ensure your success.

Executive profile: Arron Johnson - Founder, CEO and Chief Consultant - After 25 years in the corporate workforce (and a few months of meditative, unemployed fly fishing), Arron created Buckstop Consulting to fulfill his vision of meaningful, fulfilling employment. Arron has a knack for quickly creating useful, easy to digest metrics that help drive decisions and monitor progress. Prior to starting Buckstop Consulting, Arron worked for Safran Aerospace (AKA Zodiac, AKA C&D, AKA ...) ending his 18 year tour of duty as a Senior Project Manager reporting directly to the CEO of the Composites division. Prior to Safran, Arron also worked for Activision, Word & Brown, The Mittelman Group and various now defunct internet startups. He has a background in global: IT, project management, operations management, asset management, ERP migration / implementation, Lean / Six Sigma process improvement, change management, manufacturing operations, executive dashboards and mission-critical program recovery. Known for being driven, direct and dedicated, he has a passion for data and "not passing the buck" that drives everything we do at Buckstop Consulting. When not crunching numbers, Arron can be spotted around the Pacific Northwest chasing the perfect off-menu cocktail with his wife and friends, riding his bike very slowly on a gravel trail, letting his dog walk him around the neighborhood or pretending to fly fish local rivers.
